Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Digital Marketing to drive the strategy, development, and optimization of customer-facing digital products and marketing technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives, customer needs, technology teams, and marketing stakeholders to deliver impactful digital experiences that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends through research and data analysis.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Digital Marketing Integration
- Partner with Marketing teams to develop products that support customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Manage and optimize marketing technology (MarTech) platforms, including CRM, CDP, CMS, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate on SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing initiatives.
- Drive A/B testing and personalization strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to traffic, engagement, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, retention, and ROI.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Data Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Lead Agile product development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Communicate product priorities, timelines, and progress to executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment among business and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Data & Analytics
- Utilize customer insights, behavioral analytics, and market data to make informed product decisions.
- Define success metrics and measure product performance post-launch.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
- Generate actionable recommendations based on campaign and product performance data.
Customer Experience
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, usability testing, and analytics.
- Champion customer-centric design and continuous product improvement.
- Ensure seamless user journeys across web, mobile, and digital channels.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing digital products, websites, mobile applications, or marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms:

- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and personalization platforms.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech, Healthcare, or Consumer Digital Products.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and digital platform architectures.
